Obituary

Jerry Adkins, 78, of Amelia, Ohio, passed away on August 26, 2026. He was born in Dayton, Kentucky, on March 21, 1948, to the late Samuel and Ruby Adkins.

Jerry is survived by his children, Amy Coldiron (Steve) and Brandon Adkins (Memory); his grandchildren, Ryan Coldiron (Abby) and Hayley Starkoff (William); his great-granddaughter, Charlotte Coldiron; and his sisters, Vicky and Robin.

Along with his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by his siblings, Janet, Sammy, and David.

A visitation will be held for Jerry at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (7820 Beechmont Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45255) on Monday, September 14, from 9:00 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.

Interment at Mother of God Cemetery (3125 Madison Ave., Latonia, Kentucky 41015) following services.
