Obituary

William “Bill” M. Rolf, 90, of Ft. Wright, KY, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at his residence on Thursday, July 20, 2023. He was a retired Executive Vice President at Covington Trust and Huntington Bank.
Bill was a member of St. Agnes Church for 60 years where he was very active in the church community. He was a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the H.A.B. Social Club. Bill was a member of the Ludlow Vets for 65 years and the Ludlow Vets bowling league for 30 years at Lookout Bowl. He was an avid fan of the Reds, Bengals and the Kentucky Wildcats. One of Bill’s favorite things to do was travel with family and friends to Siesta Key, FL.
Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Rolf; sister in-law, Joyce Rolf; brother-in-Law, Bill Lewis; nephew, Scott Lewis; and Wayne “Tiger” Holland
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Janet Rolf; sons, David (Jackie) Rolf of Ft. Mitchell, Tom (Connie) Rolf of Edgewood; daughter, Karen Rolf of Ft. Wright; sister, Mary Sue Lewis of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Ben (Kelsey) Studer, Matthew (Emily) Rolf, Jacob Studer, Joe (Theresa) Studer, Ben Pieper, Will Rolf, Katie Rolf and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation is on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, in Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 11:30 AM, at St. Agnes Church, 1680 Dixie Highway, Fort Wright, KY 41011.
