Obituary

Randall Smith, age 72, of Lakeside Park, KY passed away on October 7, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and retired mechanic for Perfetti Van Melle. He loved hunting, fishing and boating with his family. He was born in a house in Williamstown, KY on March 12, 1949. He and his wife were married October 3, 1981 at Holy Cross Church and just celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Betty and Robert Smith. Survivors include his beloved wife Maria Diane Egan Smith, daughter Cassidy Marie (Nick) Kennedy and sons Nathan Glenn Smith and Brett Ryan Smith. He is also survived by sisters Marcella (Mike) Haggard, JoNel Hobbs and Lisa (Mike) Fultz; brothers Ronald and Ricky Smith; and grandchildren Clayten, Jozie, Jacob and Raegen. He was loved by his family and will be greatly missed.
Visitation 11:30 – 12:30 pm followed by Memorial Mass at 12:30 pm all at Blessed Sacrament Church, Ft. Mitchell, KY, Thursday, October 14, 2021. Inurnment will follow at Mother of God Cemetery.
