Obituary

Patricia Ann Murphy, 68, of Covington, KY, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. She was born in Covington on December 11, 1952. Patricia was a dedicated homemaker who loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a longtime member of Mother of God Catholic Church where she taught Bible School, sang in the Choir and also taught sign language. Patricia was preceded in death by her son: Patrick Murphy; brother: Darren Hamilton and granddaughter: Marina Murphy. She is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years: Glenn Murphy; sons: Jerry Murphy, Burt Murphy and Bobby Murphy; 9 grandchildren and a large extended family. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 P.M. (Noon) at Mother of God Catholic Church, 119 West 6th Street, Covington, KY 41011. Interment: Mother of God Cemetery. Due to State Covid-19 Mandates, face coverings must be worn inside the church.
