Obituary

Judith Ann Berling (nee Krebs), 82 years of age, loving wife of 60 years to James W. Berling, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 4th, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood. Judy was the loving mother of Dr. Michael Berling, Steve (Amy) Berling, Tony (Donna) Berling, and Chris (Tricia) Berling. Loving grandmother of nine; Haley, Rachel, Merik, Morgan, Elliott, Ethan, Mitchell, Ava, and Jenna. Dear sister of Terri Lynn Siebert (Denny), Shirley West (Ralph), Norbert Krebs Jr. (Pat), Mark Krebs (Penny) and 10 nieces and nephews. Judy was a co-founder of The Point/ARC of Northern Kentucky, served as President of the Women’s Auxiliary Northern Kentucky Homebuilders, was the #1 UK basketball fan in the family and had an immense love for horse racing. Judy also loved attending her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events no matter the location, climate, or time. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 10th from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Middendorf Funeral Home 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY 41017. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 11th, 11:30 am at St. Agnes Church, Ft. Wright, KY. The Mass will also be live streamed and can be found via: www.saintagnes.com
Due to the current health and safety guidelines, masks and social distancing will be required. A private burial will take place at Mother of God Cemetery.
