Obituary

Donna K. Draher, 78 of Maiden, died Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at a local health care facility. The daughter of the late Earl Joseph and Marion Johannoman Kampsen, and wife to the late Robert Joseph Draher, she was also preceded in death by her daughter Deanna Doughtery. Mrs. Draher was a wonderful and loving Mother, Grandmother, and Sister. She had worked as a proof reader for a circulation publisher, and was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.She is survived by two son’s: Ed Draher of Atlanta GA, and Thomas Draher and his wife Brenda of Gainesville, GA; four daughter’s: Michelle Baklarz and her husband Gordon of Statesville, NC, Dianne Maddox of Gainesville, GA, Shannan Dickens and her husband Randy of Canton, OH, and Susan Lea of Spartanburg, SC; sister: Linda Anneken and her husband Donald of Florence, KY; eight grandchildren: Jon Turner and his wife Nicole of Wake Forest, NC, Derrick Turner and his wife Brenna of Conover, NC, Jessica Wells and her husband Michael of Cary, NC, Joshua Wells of Chicago, IL, Chris Wells of Chicago, IL, Victoria Ledford of San Francisco, CA, Joseph Ledford of Spartanburg, SC, and Griffin Ledford of Spartanburg, SC,; and two great grandchildren: Elijah and Nora Turner of Conover.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020 at Willis Reynolds Funeral Home, with Fr. Ed Sheridan officiating.
