Obituary

Dennis Patrick Craven, 64, of Erlanger, KY passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021. He was a retired sales executive after many years in the tool and telecom industries and attended Holy Cross Church in Latonia and Holy Trinity Parish in Louisville. Dennis was a proud graduate of Holmes High School and Eastern Kentucky University which he called "the Harvard of the Appalachians". He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing tennis. Dennis was preceded in death by his father: Everett J. Craven, Jr. and siblings: Michael Craven and Chrissy Craven. He is survived by his wife: Bea Craven; mother: Sue Craven; first wife: Carol Sue Craven; children: Zach (Julie) Craven and Meredith (Tony) Fernandez; siblings: Timmy (the late: Judy Gray) Craven, Connie (Bob) Riesenbeck, Julie (Bob) Henry, Evie Craven and Kay Craven; grandchildren: Benjamin Craven, Charles Craven, Roland Fernandez and Petra Fernandez and sister-in-law: Martha Craven. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 29, 2021 from 11:00 AM until the Catholic Prayer Service at 1:00 PM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015.
