Obituary

Antonio "Tony" Marquis Hall was born on January 5, 1977, at St. Luke Hospital in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, to the union of John P. Hall and Silver Lee Hall. He was raised in Newport, KY, alongside his eight siblings, in a home full of love and laughter.
Tony attended Newport City Schools and proudly graduated from Newport High School in 1996. During his school years, he served as the captain of the cheerleading squad—a role that suited his vibrant spirit, athleticism, and passion for gymnastics. He had a special gift for working with children, especially teaching them how to tumble, and his enthusiasm inspired everyone around him.
Tony dedicated over 20 years of his life working at Newport on the Levee, where he became a beloved figure in the community. His radiant smile, warm presence, and genuine care for others made him unforgettable. He never met a stranger and carried a joyful energy that could light up any room.
Tony knew and loved the Lord. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life—listening to music, spending time at the beach, and cherishing every moment with his family and friends. He had a deep love for children and was a role model to many, offering his heart freely and openly.
Tony was deeply loved by many, and he made sure everyone knew it. He always ended every conversation with his signature phrase: "Love you more."
His legacy of kindness, joy, and unconditional love will live on in all who knew him. Tony was preceded in death by his father, John P. Hall, and his sister, Mary Jo Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Silver Lee Hall; sisters, Denise Hall, Johnda Hall, Regina Hall-Ward, and Kelly Johnson; brothers, Daryl Thomas, John Hall, Recardo Hall (Michelle), Phillip Hall (Faith), and Golden Hall. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Tony also shared an unbreakable bond with many close friends who became family - those who never left his side and stood with him through every moment of life. These include Joy N., Elmer P., Renee R., Christina B., Jason J., Christina W., Shawna F., and his beloved niece, Felisha H.
