Obituary

Annette Marie Furnier, 65, of Covington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 25, 2025. Born on September 17, 1959, she was the daughter of Patricia Chisenhall and the late Robert “Tarz” Chisenhall.

A devoted homemaker, Annette found her greatest joy in raising her four children. She had a lifelong passion for reading—especially celebrity gossip magazines and historical romance novels—and a deep appreciation for genealogy and old family photographs.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert “Bobby” Chisenhall, and her brother-in-law, Timothy Hutson.

Annette is survived by her beloved mother, Patricia Chisenhall; her children: Sarah (Tony) Connelly, Anthony Furnier, Nicole (Brian) Short, and Jennifer (Wayne) Byrd; her sisters: Julianne (Kevin) O’Connell, Patricia (Owen) Hamlin, and Tracy (Tim) Chisenhall. She also leaves behind nine cherished grandchildren: Kelsey, Kadence, Keaton, Leah, Noah, Korbyn, Parker, Joel, and Mackenzie.

Annette’s final resting place will be at Mother of God Cemetery in Fort Wright, Kentucky, alongside her family. A graveside service will be announced at a later date.
