Obituary

Mary Margaret (Grimminger) Weller, 87, from Covington, KY passed away on Monday

March 17, 2025. She was a loving wife to her husband Earl Weller and caring mother to

Larry Weller and Dave Weller (Geri). Her pride and joy were her grandchildren David

(Liz), Christina, and Michael.

Mary Margaret was known for her committed volunteer work. She worked with St.

Elizabeth Hospice for close to 30 years. She was very active with the City of

Covington’s Austingburg Neighbor Association, city clean up’s, parades, and other

community events. She was in leadership with CYO (Catholic Youth Organization) for

many of her young adult years, where she met her husband and many other lifelong

friends.

She loved her faith which was demonstrated through her years volunteering at St.

Augustine as a youth and young adult. Her adulthood was constantly focused on

helping at St. Benedict’s. She helped with the Bereavement committee, volunteered for

the bingo, the Summer Festival, and many more activities, wherever she was needed.

Mary Marg had a love of walking and taking the TANK bus. She saw that as an

opportunity to socialize!

Her love for God and for people was evident in all she did and spoke. She will be truly

missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Benedict's Catholic Church 338 East 17th

St. Covington, Ky. 41014 at 6:30 Pm on March 26, 2025, a gathering of Friends and

Family will start at 4:00 Pm.

Memorials are suggested to St. Benedict's Church

Maintenance Fund or St. Elizabeth Hospice.
